A new update for AirPSX has been released , the ELF payload developed by barisyild allows us to remotely manage the PlayStation 5 console via a web-based desktop environment similar to AirDroid.

This new version introduces support for direct viewing of multimedia formats such as PNG , MP3 , MP4 , FLAC and others, directly within the built-in file manager .

The latter allows for smooth navigation through the console’s contents and also includes advanced features such as remote application launch , monitoring of active processes and useful tools for performing complete data backups .

Loading

To run AirPSX , users can choose different boot modes. With elfldr , you can run the payload via Linux terminal with the command socat -t 99999999 - TCP:PS5_HOST:9021 < "airpsx.elf".

For those using etaHEN , the plugin must be placed in the directory /data/etaHEN/plugins, activated in the Debug Settings via the etaHEN Toolbox section and, optionally, set to start automatically.

There is also an option to run via websrv , but this is not recommended, as AirPSX will automatically close when you close your browser. The update includes some improvements such as an SDK upgrade and bug fixes.
