NX-Fetch is a Nintendo Switch application inspired by Neofetch, the popular terminal tool that displays system information alongside ASCII art. Developed by Xc987 , this project brings the aesthetic and functionality of Neofetch to Nintendo’s console, allowing users to view details about the system, hardware, and status of the Switch in an elegant and customizable way.
Main features
- Viewing system information :
- Username (selectable with L/R if not preset)
- Firmware version
- CFW (Custom Firmware) Status
- Battery status
- Using SD and NAND Memory
- Docked resolution and screen refresh rate
- Connected controllers (P1 to P8, including those connected via Bluetooth and in handheld mode)
- Customizing the Joy-Con ASCII art :
- Press D-Pad Left/Right to change the colors of the Switch’s ASCII icon.
- Dynamic Updates :
- If the user is not preset, the first available user is shown, changeable with L/R .
- The colors of the category texts (e.g. “BL”, “CFW”) change based on the color selected for the Joy-Con.

How to use NX-Fetch
- Download the latest version from the release page.
- Copy the files to your Switch (via SD card).
- Launch the application via the homebrew menu.
