The update only fixes a bug that caused mesh vertices to explode in Mission 5.

Note: This port is compatible with Splinter Cell: Conviction version 3.2.2 for Android/Xperia.

Configuration

To install the game correctly, you need to follow these steps carefully:

• Install the  kubridge  and  FdFix plugins  by copying the files  kubridge.skprx into  fd_fix.skprx the folder containing the taiHEN plugins (usually  ux0:tai) and adding two entries to the file  config.txt below  *KERNEL:

ux0:tai/kubridge.skprx
ux0:tai/fd_fix.skprx

Note: Do not install the plugin  fd_fix.skprxif you are already using the repatch plugin.

Installation

• Optional : Install PSVshell to overclock your device to 500Mhz.
• Install the library libshacccg.suprx, if not already present, by following this guide .
• Download and install the vpk file.
• To legally get a copy of Splinter Cell: Conviction  for Android or Sony Xperia Play in apk and obb format , you can get all the necessary files directly from your phone or using an apk file extractor available on the Play Store.
• Open the apk file with a zip archive explorer and extract the file from the or libschp.sofolder , then copy it to .lib/armeabi-v7alib/armeabiux0:data/splintercell
• Open the obb file with a zip archive explorer and extract the folder gameloft, then copy it to ux0:data/splintercell.

How to make the intro video work properly

• It is recommended to transcode the video with HandBrake : https://handbrake.fr/
• Import the file ux0:data/splintercell/gameloft/games/SCHP/data/intro/logo.mp4into HandBrake.
• Set “Preset:” to Fast 480p30 .
• In the “Summary” tab , set “Format” to MP4 .
• In the “Video” tab , set “Framerate” to 30 and select Constant Framerate .
• In the “Save As” field , make sure the file extension is .mp4.
• Click “Start Encode” to start transcoding.
• Replace the original file with the newly transcoded one.
• Repeat the process for the ux0:data/splintercell/gameloft/games/SCHP/data/intro/SC5_intro_854.mp4.
