A new update has been released for PKHeX , the Pokémon save file editor written in C# for Windows PC, supporting the following save files (main, *.sav, *.dsv, *.dat, *.gci) and GameCube Memory Card files ( .raw, .bin).

PKHeX is an open-source editor designed for the main series of Pokémon games . With this tool, you can edit and customize Pokémon data in your save files.

The program allows you to transfer Pokémon between saves, change their characteristics, moves, Abilities, stats, and items, as well as offer other customization options.

Please note that PKHeX promotes responsible use of mods, respecting the policies and rules of the Pokémon games, and avoiding cheating against unsuspecting opponents.

This new version has fixed several issues related to verifying Trainer IDs in PAL versions of Pokémon XD and checking purchase and Mastery flags in Pokémon Legends: Arceus .

Inventory management has also been improved in Generation 9 when duplicate or empty slots are present, while nickname encoding in Generation 3 saves now appears more accurate when transferring between Japanese and international games.

The list of banned words has also been updated, as well as the abbreviations of statistics in other languages for easier interpretation.

New features include the ability to edit box names and play time in Pokémon Battle Revolution (Gen 4), and the user interface has improved visual stability thanks to a fix for a flickering issue on the Pokémon preview screen .

Finally, the legality check resources for egg moves, evolutions and learnings have been converted to a more compact format, significantly improving the application’s startup times. The plugin loading logic has also been revised for better modularity.
