Developer Gezine has released an update for Lapse , the exploit designed for PlayStation 4 consoles with firmware between versions 9.00 and 12.02.

Lapse integrates with Remote Jar Loader (version 1.2) which allows sending JAR (Java ARchive) files over the network on port 9025 , eliminating the need to burn new discs for each payload update.

It also supports uploading binary payloads (e.g., GoldHEN ) via a binLoader server on port 9020 , using tools like payload_sender.pyNetcat. This makes the process faster than the USB method.

The latest Lapse update implements more accurate jailbreak status checking, fixes a bug that caused the system to crash when accidentally reopening the disk drive app twice, and removes the BinLoader notification that was causing confusion among users.
